JAKUB GIERSZAŁ
Jakub was a 2012 Shooting Star, chosen for his stunning performance as the sexually conflicted ‘Dominik’ in Jan Komasa’s film SUICIDE ROOM. He is one of Poland’s most sought-after leading actors and was named amongst Variety’s Top 10 actors to watch. His previous credits include: DRACULA UNTOLD, directed by Gary Shore; MORRIS FROM AMERICA; FINSTERWORLD by Frauke Finsterwalder; Agnieszka Holland’s SPOOR; THE LURE; in Maciej Sobieszczanski’s THE RECONCILIATION; and BEYOND WORDS directed by Urszula Antoniak. Jakub received widespread critical acclaim for his performance as ‘Jerzy Gorski’ in BREAKING THE LIMITS, which earned him the Best Actor Award at the Polish Film Festival.
