REIMO SAGOR
Reimo is considered to be one of the most promising young actors in Estonia. After graduating from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in 2014, he has worked consistently in numerous films, TV series, and stage productions - gathering multiple awards and nominations along the way. It was his critically-acclaimed performance as the struggling single father 'Erik' in Liina Trishkina’s TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT, that brought Reimo to the attention of mainstream audiences in Estonia, as well as to a wider global audience as the film was Estonia's foreign-language Oscar submission. Reimo played the co-leading role of 'Tom' opposite Rea Lest in Martti Helde’s drama SCANDINAVIAN SILENCE, which had its European premiere at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival - and where it subsequently won the Europa Labels prize. Reimo’s recent work includes the international spy thriller series HAMILTON, in which he plays the key role of ‘Mykhailo Tyraschenko’; and the drama TAGURPIDI TORN, directed by Jaak Kilmi.
