STEFAN IANCU
Stefan grew up in Bucharest, and began acting at a very young age. By the time he was 15 years old he had already played leading roles in Romanian productions, but also worked on international films such as PU-239 with Oscar Isaac; BORN TO RAISE HELL with Steven Seagal; and WALKING WITH THE ENEMY opposite Ben Kingsley. Stefan starred as 'Gabriel' in the film ONE STEP BEHIND THE SERAPHIM, which was directed by Daniel Sandu, and also co-starred Vlad Ivanov. The film won many international awards, and earned Stefan the Young Hope Award at the Romanian Academy Awards (Gopo Awards). He studied acting at the Caragiale Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in Bucharest. Stefan’s other work includes: BEFORE I LEAVE by Julien Barazer; ZOMBIE, directed by Iulia Rugina; the leading role of ‘Razvan’ in the television series VLAD; and the memorable role of ‘Felix’ in the BBC’s multiple Emmy-winning show KILLING EVE.
